HERDI represents the national organization of Higher Education Research and Development Institution. Its national Advisory Board consists of more than 30 Community College Presidents and Chancellors who meet with Client partners to achieve the HERDI Mission: to provide better products and services for students, faculty and staff for America’s Community Colleges by facilitating frank and critical dialogue between Community College leaders (presidents and chancellors) and the business community that seeks to serve them.
HERDI has two separate Divisions: HERDI South that serves 11 southern states with specific regional objectives and HERDI Innovate that focuses on smaller start-up companies with specific needs.
HERDI meets twice a year, in spring and fall preceding the annual meetings of American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) and the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT).
HERDI South meets once a year in December, prior to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
HERDI Innovate meets in conjunction with the three other meetings.
Dates of all meetings are listed on the Conferences link.
