SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR IN PERSON HERDI SESSIONS

 

Here’s your chance to get a little extra out of your HERDI experience. By sponsoring a special event, you have extra signage and visibility, and for some events the opportunity to make a short presentation to the entire HERDI Advisory Board of 30 Community College Presidents and Chancellors.

                             

OPPORTUNITY #1 

 

Make a presentation to the entire Advisory Board prior to their Board Meeting.  This would constitute a professional in-service for the board members (topic to be determined with HERDI CEO).  The presentation is not to be a “sales pitch” but rather an opportunity to demonstrate a company’s expertise in a specific area.

OPPORTUNITY #2  

 

Sponsor Advisory Board Reception following Advisory Board meeting the evening before the Conference begins.  This is an intimate gathering of the presidents, attending guests and HERDI staff.  Recognition will be noted in all pre-conference and conference materials.  Up to four company representatives will be welcomed to attend.

OPPORTUNITY #3  

 

Sponsor the reception preceding the banquet on the first night of the conference. Sponsor receives recognition in all pre-conference materials, “Thank You” signage throughout the reception area, a table to display promotional materials for Advisory Board members, acknowledgement in the HERDI workbook and a five minute talk at the podium at dinner, plus an exhibit table in the registration area throughout the conference, if desired.

OPPORTUNITY #4  

 

Sponsor the banquet for all Advisory Board members, spouses and HERDI clients on the first night of the Conference.  Sponsor receives recognition in all pre-conference materials, “Thank You” signage at the banquet and on all tables, acknowledgement in the HERDI workbook distributed to all participants, distribution of promotional materials to the Advisory Board members and a twenty minute talk at the podium preceding dinner, plus an exhibit table in the registration area throughout the conference, if desired.

Sponsor 1st day breakfast for all participants.  Recognition will be noted in all pre-conference and conference materials and signage plus 5 minutes to address all attendees.

Sponsor 1st day Advisory Board luncheon attended only by presidents and HERDI staff.  Recognition noted in all pre-conference and conference materials and on signage at the luncheon.  Up to two company representatives will be welcomed to attend.

Sponsor 2nd day breakfast for all participants.  Recognition will be noted in all pre-conference and conference materials and signage plus 5 minutes to address all attendees.

Purchase an exhibit table for your company’s products/services in the registration area for the duration of the conference.

As there are two HERDI conferences each year, you may wish to commit to sponsorship of one or both. Sponsorships are available even if you are not attending the HERDI conference, however you must be a current HERDI client for at least one conference during the year.
