SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR VIRTUAL AND IN PERSON HERDI West SESSIONS

November 13-15,2023, Palm Spring, CA, precedes Community College League of CA annual conference. Hotel registration: Hyatt Regency Palm Springs under HERDI West.
The Welcome Reception starts at 5:00 PM on November 13th and the last panel session ends at 4:30 PM on November 15th.
March 17 -19, 2024, Newport Beach California, Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, precedes League of Innovation in Community College annual conference. Hotel Registration Hyatt Regency Newport Beach under HERDI West.
The Welcome Reception starts at 5:00 PM on March 14th and the last panel session ends at 4:30 PM on March 16th.

Here’s your chance to get a little extra out of your HERDI West experience. By sponsoring a special event, you have extra signage and visibility, and for some events the opportunity to make a short presentation to the entire HERDI West Advisory Board of College Presidents and Chancellors.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR HERDI WEST IN PERSON MEETINGS:
OPPORTUNITY #1
Make a presentation to the entire Advisory Board prior to their Board Meeting. This would constitute a professional in-service for the board members (topic to be determined with HERDI West Executive Directors). The presentation is not to be a “sales pitch” but rather an opportunity to demonstrate a company’s expertise in a specific area.

OPPORTUNITY #2
Sponsor Advisory Board Reception following Advisory Board meeting the evening before the Conference begins. This is an intimate gathering of the presidents, attending guests and HERDI staff. Recognition will be noted in all pre-conference and conference materials. Up to four company representatives will be welcomed to attend.

OPPORTUNITY #3
Sponsor the reception preceding the banquet on the first night of the conference. Sponsor receives recognition in all pre-conference materials, “Thank You” signage throughout the reception area, a table to display promotional materials for Advisory Board members, acknowledgement in the HERDI workbook and a five minute talk at the podium at dinner, plus an exhibit table in the registration area throughout the conference, if desired.

OPPORTUNITY #4
Sponsor the banquet for all Advisory Board members, spouses and HERDI West clients on the first night of the Conference. Sponsor receives recognition in all pre-conference materials, “Thank You” signage at the banquet and on all tables, acknowledgement in the HERDI West workbook distributed to all participants, distribution of promotional materials to the Advisory Board members and a twenty minute talk at the podium preceding dinner, plus an exhibit table in the registration area throughout the conference, if desired.

Sponsor 1st day breakfast for all participants. Recognition will be noted in all pre-conference and conference materials and signage plus 5 minutes to address all attendees.
